SonShine City Children's Ministry is a program for children from Birth – 8th grade to learn about God and enjoy themselves while doing so. We teach basic Biblical truths and package the learning process with fun.

Nursery (0-2 years) Infants through 24 months old feel and hear the love of Jesus through the safe and tender loving care they receive from trained, loving teachers.  Infants are more easily nurtured in an area of their own. Babies rest more comfortably, can be fed and changed easily and can make lots of noise!

Preschool - Preschool Jubilee, ages 3-5 years, uses all of the child's senses to teach that "Jesus is our special friend", through Bible stories, hands-on activities, puppets, music and movement. The preschooler learns about Jesus and His great love for them through the things the preschooler can relate to, like family and friends.  Preschoolers are growing quickly and have much energy. In their own special areas, they have freedom to move, play and “talk”.

Grades K-5 - Children in kindergarten through fifth grade have the privilege of being in a Worship Service designed just for them!  Leaders and volunteers minister to them on their own age level, K-1, 2-3, and 4-5.  The program provides fun and creative ways to teach Bible truths.  In large group, they will learn Bible stories through drama, skits, music, storytelling, video, games and more. During small groups, each child learns how to integrate and apply the Bible truth from God's Word into their life.
